A majority of the sneakers on this website can be in a used condition whereby the perceived condition can vary between seller and buyer.  By purchasing the sneakers you agree to receive the any condition of sneaker ranging from deadstock to used.  Any questions before the sale should be asked prior to the purchase.  All sales are final.  There are no returns, refunds, or warranty on products purchased.  Untied Market reserves the right to send back any sneakers sent in that are fake or unauthentic.  Untied Market reserves the right to refuse sneakers and send back to the seller. Untied Market will not be held responsible for any general, special, incidental, delivery, or consequential damages.  All sales are final.  Untied Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason.
